Brian Witt is the BEST, I bought this car for my parents and they LOVE Brian, they call him and ask questions about the electronics and service and when they take the car in Brian goes over the different options on the car, he treats them like they are his parents and that was the biggest reason I decided to buy another car from Smail Mercedes, the service center treats us like we are relatives of the Smail's, the car comes back from service like it just left the showroom. I am going to need another car soon and I am going back to Smail Mercedes. The professionalism that these people have is incomparable, no other dealership has ever treated us this way before and I have bought a few cars in my day. I am asked how they can improve their service and I have nothing to add. Smail Mercedes is on top of their game, I wish other dealers were as considerate and caring.
