If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I had my GLC 300 aligned and inspected at a dealership in Murrysville, PA. They did not have the tool to complete the alignment and referred me to th I had my GLC 300 aligned and inspected at a dealership in Murrysville, PA. They did not have the tool to complete the alignment and referred me to the dealership. I called Smail Mercedes and was told I would need to pay 175.00 for another alignment. Why would I need to pay for another alignment when I just had one done 3 days ago? They literally need to make 1 adjustment on my back tires and want to charge me 175.00. I have been a customer of this dealership for many years. My lease is up in less than a year and I will not be leasing another vehicle from this dealership. More
