Over the next several weeks, Michael made sure I was updated on the build/shipment/delivery process, helped me with some questions on financing and delivery options, and then made the pick up process and finalization of paperwork efficient and painless. I had a very big week work-wise during when the 4Runner was supposed to be delivered, so I had told Michael that time was a precious commodity and I did not want to be at the dealer any longer than I needed to be when I went in to complete the purchase and pick up the 4Runner. Not only did Michael make sure the process was smooth and quick, but he emailed me on the weekend as soon as the vehicle arrived (it arrived early) and coordinated pick up later in the afternoon after delivery inspection that weekend so that I wouldn't have to come in during work hours. Michael and the entire Bud Clary team's efforts to make this deal easy and hassle-free are why I am a repeat and loyal customer. I look forward to my next purchase at Bud Clary Toyota, although I love the 4Runner so much it may be a long time before I'm in the market for another vehicle. I came in at 3:45 p without an appointment. Several people approached me with smiles and wanting to help me with my car's problem.
