They called me back in a timely manner after my recalled airbag parts were ordered and scheduled an appointment with me. I was told ahead of time what areas of the car needed to be free of any items prior to my appointment so I was able to clear things out that normally I would not have. They were honest about items that needed to be addressed maintenance-wise and even though there were some areas of concern, they did not push for me to take care of those concerns like some other dealerships I have been to. When I told them my husband could take care of those additional maintenance concerns, they respected that and weren't pushy. More

Oil change on Honda Pilot. Service from Mo was great. Always goes above and beyond. However, I did have a big oil spot on the garage floor the next day. Must have spilled oil that they missed on clean up Always goes above and beyond. However, I did have a big oil spot on the garage floor the next day. The best service department In spite of being so busy at the service department they (employees) are always welcoming and organized. So, when I decided to purchase a Toyota for myself, I knew I wanted to get it from Bud Clary. I knew the model I wanted and some of the things I did and did not want, and Jose helped me navigate through all the other options for the vehicle (I had no idea there were so many from which to choose). The buying process was painless, and I now have a beautiful Toyota 4Runner that I know will receive great service whenever I take it in for routine maintenance or any other issue.
