Patient, Professional, and Informative Both Sergio and Zoilo were very helpful and informative in assisting us with our hunt for a new car that fit our like and need--we ended up with a 202 Both Sergio and Zoilo were very helpful and informative in assisting us with our hunt for a new car that fit our like and need--we ended up with a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. Starting from day one, we did visit the dealer about four times, Sergio has been very professional and patient with us in helping us obtaining our car. He would listened to our requests and provided us with a prompt response. Moreover, like I mentioned it was four different times that we visited the dealer, and with each visit we were greeted with a welcome smile and a hand shake--staying composed and professional. Additionally, we get to work with Zoilo; 'Z' was well-verse with the information about the car. Since this is a new model and a hybrid, we were stuck with some technical inquiries, which 'Z' did a wonderful job of explaining and more. I have got to say there were a lot of car dealers or salesman that we had experienced working with, but these two did a wonderful job to a point that I had to write this review. Thank you very much guys! More
