I have been disappointed in the service. After waiting for over 2 months for my license plates (which I was told they would call me when they came in) I finally called and learned that they After waiting for over 2 months for my license plates (which I was told they would call me when they came in) I finally called and learned that they were there but I was never notified. When I went for a recent service, I entered through the main door as the service entrance had several cars in line already. I was told to get my car and take it to the service line. Since I am old and handicapped, I asked the service guy if he would take my keys and get my car, and he said no, he was too busy! More
