I brought my vehicle in for service today, Aug. 25th, 12:15 appt. I received no call or notification of whether the vehicle repair was complete or not. I called and could not get through to the service department personnel. I visited the dealership at 5:30 and spoke to the floor manager. The attendant at the service desk was overworked and overwhelmed, to say the least. How could this happen? I will visit in the morning to voice my experience to the service manager, Louise. More
