Great experience, especially considering they are almost 4 hours away from me. All communication was by phone or email, saving me time, plus they delivered the vehicle to one of their dealerships closer to 4 hours away from me. The entire experience with your staff was excellent. Christian Horta was the salesman. He is very personable and works very hard for his customers. The additional staff that also helps wit excellent. Took my 2019 silverado for 1st oil change, before Christmas, when i left the dealer my truck started smoking real bad, engine started shaking, call dealer and told them, took it all the way back it w Christmas, when i left the dealer my truck started smoking real bad, engine started shaking, call dealer and told them, took it all the way back it was overfill with oil. Great job on my 2019 Ram Had a Technical service bulletin incorporated into my truck. Got the parts in a day and had it installed the next day. Great job you guys. STAY AWAY!!!! Came in with my 2014 jeep latitude because it was leaking coolant. I spent 4 days arguing with a guy in service because he kept saying i had to pay $1 Came in with my 2014 jeep latitude because it was leaking coolant. I spent 4 days arguing with a guy in service because he kept saying i had to pay $1300 and it would be done in 2 days and i didnt have warranty. My jeep only had 28k miles and i had purchased extended warranty as well. When i went in one day with my paperwork turns out they fired the guy. The next guy told me that parts had been ordered and it would be a few days. When parts got in they gave me a date and told me that it would be ready. They changed the date and time 4 different times. After being in the shop for 15 days they told me that when they were putting everything back together they found 4 stripped bolts and that i needed a new engine! They finally got an engine in and locked my vehicle because of the Blow and Go i had. I had to get my vehicle towed to a different shop to be serviced for that then towed back to the dealership and they said it was my fault i had that on there. After all that they triggered the blow and go AGAIN so i had to pay for that to get serviced again. They finally gave me my vehicle back after 36 days and they forgot to plug my fog lights back in. So i had to take it back to them once again and after 3 hours i got it back and had to get my battery replaced because of it. Worst service i have ever received. It is better to pay to have your vehicle towed to another dealership than to deal with Bud Clary. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! More
Horrible Customer Service Spent a whole week working with a Sales rep Raymond on trying to setup a new truck. Found one and said that we had it locked in for a Saturday deal. I tried responding to him via phone, email, Voicemail and he never responded back. I tried calling 3 times today (Friday) and was transferred 6 times, put on hold 10 times and hung up on twice only to find out they sold the truck yesterday... Absolutely horrific customer service and will plan on NEVER doing business with Bud Clary again. More
