I took my 2025 Jeep truck with less than 14,000 milles in for Oil change and tire rotation. I was talked into a "Engine Oil Conditioner" and a "Crankcase cleaning service" for an extra $120. I find out aft for Oil change and tire rotation. I was talked into a "Engine Oil Conditioner" and a "Crankcase cleaning service" for an extra $120. I find out after the fact this was completely unnecessary for a vehicle with low miles and that has the oil changed every 5000 miles with synthetic oil. And I find out that Jeep does not recommend doing "Engine Oil Conditioner" and a "Crankcase cleaning service" , this can be a major risk to the engine and components. I wasted $120 for something that was unnecessary and may cause harm to the engine. I was mislead and I feel I was taken advantage of. I purchased the 3 oil change/tire rotations/multiple inspections. After I use the last of my oil changes, etc. I'll decide if I'll continue to do business with you. More
