Yesterday I took my suburban in to have a broken passenger mirror repaired I told them it was loose, probably from vibrations. I was charged the normal troubleshooting fee. OK I get that. The paperwork dishonestly states I told them something hit the mirror. I DID NOT. That allows them to collect a troubleshooting charge in a matter of minutes if not seconds. Feeling trapped I ordered the part. Today I called Bud Clary Chevrolet to stop the order and get a refund. I was told there is a 30% restocking fee. I complained of the 30% charge and eventually I spoke to the service manager who was combative and rude. I explained my issues with being charged 30% restocking fee. He would not even discuss it, instead making it clear there would be no change. I then said it would cost him (the dealership) a customer. His response was don't threaten or blackmail me’. How he thinks that is one of life’s great mysteries. If a customer can’t say they will not do future business as it is blackmail or a threat shows just how poor their customer service is. His next step was to hang up on me. I called back, requesting to talk to the GM, out on vacation, and was connected with the same guy in service that had hung up on me. I called that out which he denied. I responded I did not believe that. Again I tried to discuss the restock fee. He would not discuss it at all. I reminded him this is costing him (the dealership) a customer and that I would make this a problem for him. He became very agitated, raising his voice to say he would not be threatened or blackmailed. His last statement was ‘don’t ever threaten me again’, which can easily be seen as a threat in itself. He said he was hanging up and did. This is customer service? Maybe if you want an example of horrible customer service. Bud, you have a problem in the service department, deal with it as you see fit. Grant County, if you want to be treated poorly, be charged for work not done you can continue to do business with Bud. In my opinion that would be a huge mistake. More

When I got there the service advisor said the appointment was for their Longview dealership and I would have to wait at least 4 hours or come back another day even though the dealership is 70 miles round trip from my home. I told him I had verified the Moses Lake location the previous night through a message on their web site. He said to just call the next time sine the email doesn't work. There won't be a next time with these incompetent ********. If they can't manage simple email, why would anyone trust them to touch a vehicle with complex electronics? Best to stay far away from this place. More
Great dealership Low Pressure, fun sales staff, and overall great experience. The financing went really quick and we weren't at the dealership all day. It was fast. Cost me nearly $2000 to have them fix and they left me with an empty gas tank (it was over half full) and a FILTHY car. I'm completely unsatisfied with them and would advise anyone NOT to purchase a car from them. More

My wife and I have been looking for a new SUV for awhile and did a parking lot drive through. We found a 2012 Durango and wanted to take a drive. We worked with Ray Shearer who's a seasoned sales guy of w and did a parking lot drive through. We found a 2012 Durango and wanted to take a drive. We worked with Ray Shearer who's a seasoned sales guy of whom I've worked with now over about seven years, this being the third vehicle purchase made with him. I like working with Ray as he's no pressure, or trying to sell you on something. He lets the product speak for itself and educates me on the things that I ask or that he things I need to know. He makes this process really easy - I felt no stress at all. Once we got things done, Jose worked the phones to aquire the best rate deal for financing possible. He got us a great week that exceeded our expectations. We got a fair trade in credit for my car. As a note, I've been working with Ray for seven years, the Bud Clary group bought out the dodge dealership that I purchased my previous cars. Therefore, this is my first purchase with the Bud Clary dealership and with Jose. This dealership is just as good, maybe even better than the one I purchased from prior. It was a great sale. More
