We had an emergency breakdown Wed afternoon and they got the truck in the next morning, diagnosed it, fixed what they assumed was the problem and had it back to me by the end of the same day. Garrett Johnson was very professional, and got me in for service the same day. They also had a special for three oil changes and tire rotation and inspection for $189 which is a great deal. we also had thei service the same day. My new 2023 Silverado with less than 2,000 miles had a Service Brake Assist warning. I brought it to Bud Clary for the warranty repair. After 2 appointments the issue has not been resolved. They don't offer a loaner vehicle. This is my only vehicle and I need it for work. I am frustrated that I spent all this money on a new pickup only to have these issues and not having a service department that can resolve it. More
