Service has gone downhill since changing from Auburn Volkswagen to Bud Clary VW. Dropped my car off on 3/28. Called 3/30 at 7:37 a.m. and talked to Kerstain. She said she needed to talk to a tech and would give me a call back within an hour. Didn’t hear back for almost 5 hours until her call back at 12:34. Then at pickup was told that the rear brakes need to be done. I explained it would have been nice to know those when she called earlier. Then, was told there’s a new 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I said, “Again, something that would have been nice to know earlier.” Kerstain said it’s posted on the back of her computer. Well, yes it is, and it’s visible only when removing the “Clary Care” sign advertising oil changes. Today’s poor customer service experience, combined with a previous visit where they lost my car and forgot to do the service, shows that service is indeed going downhill. More

I had and appointment at 10:15 and got there at 9:40. I was just wanting diagnostics done so I would know if the repairs were worth it. I was told there was a shuttle and rentals for $25 a day but not I was just wanting diagnostics done so I would know if the repairs were worth it. I was told there was a shuttle and rentals for $25 a day but not really offered either with the initial sit down. At the end I was told they would have an answer for me by 3:00. I sat down and then decided I would like a rental, walked up to the counter and was told that there are no rentals available and the shuttle only goes 10 miles. I waited until 2:48 to find out I wouldn’t be getting work done there, it was way over the top of my budget. More
Sold my car to them yesterday and told to come back today for a check. Go back down today and of course no check and full of excuses. Tonight they call and say deal is off. Spent 900 dollars on a diagnostic and repair. Cash it was basically all I had. Drove off the lot and car was still broken and not to mention an engine light came on. I had never had one come on in the previous 100,000 miles. They have no explanation why the part they told me I needed did not fix my car. They only told me that I needed a more expensive one that's not available. No accountability or reassurance from anyone after telling me they would make this right More
I unfortunately did not get the opportunity to purchase my car from this dealership but working with Brian was the best experience I had of all of the dealerships I went to (which was alot probably close t my car from this dealership but working with Brian was the best experience I had of all of the dealerships I went to (which was alot probably close to 10 dealerships) he was not pushy he was honest, informative and most of all very respectful. The car I decided on was a 2022 atlas in the highest trim package so unfortunately it was just a really difficult car to find and ended up finding it elsewhere but I would highly highly recommend working with Brian! More
