There has been a lot of lack of good service. Comparing of what it was before this new company has a lot to grow. I have two cars that I have brought to this place for years with not complaints, Comparing of what it was before this new company has a lot to grow. I have two cars that I have brought to this place for years with not complaints, however I know they’re new but there’s a lack of follow ups in service and the work they’ve done is not comparable for what it used to be. Definitely there’s a lot of differences from a family own company for what is now a corporate that is more interested in production than costumer service. Unfortunately, after taken my cars 3 times and some issues haven’t been resolved is time to look for another place to give a chance and start over. More

I recently had the yearly inspection of my EV. I had expected to pay hundreds of dollars. My car passed the inspection...they found nothing and charged me $0 dollars. Last year I took my car to Ki I had expected to pay hundreds of dollars. My car passed the inspection...they found nothing and charged me $0 dollars. Last year I took my car to Kirkland and had the same results and was charged hundreds of dollars for the same results. Needless to say I won't be going Kirkland to be overcharged. Instead I'll be having my car serviced at for all my future needs. Excellent honest service and people. More

We just purchased a used car from Bud Clary Volkswagen and had an amazing experience. First everyone we dealt with was very friendly and we didn’t get any of the typical used car pressure tactics. We really loved working with Yahya and want to say what a fantastic person he is. Our normal expectations is to spend all day fighting for a good deal. We felt that Yahya really wanted us to get the best deal and was able to get us a head start on the buying process online after let us test drive the car late on Sunday evening. He did all the prep work and on Tuesday we were able to come it and get walk out with a great deal on an exceptionally clean low mileage vehicle. Thanks again for a great experience.
