We had an appointment for a tire change at 1030. We were told that we needed to order the tire beforehand, and to order it would take an hour just to get the tire. The. We were told 2 mins. My car was towed there Jan 10,2023 with damage to the oil pan and had no oil in it. Finally on May 1st it was determined a total loss. Since I went to the wrong dealership I was treated no differently than if I had an appointment. I needed more work than expected and they were great getting it done. My car was in for a regular service and some additional issues with the key and Android Auto. The car was in for two weeks. The communication was very poor. Nothing proactive and not returning calls.
