Went in for an oil change 5/25 before the holiday weekend, the drain plug wasn’t seated in the oil pan and I leaked out almost two quarts of oil in my driveway, I had to cancel my trip in order to re weekend, the drain plug wasn’t seated in the oil pan and I leaked out almost two quarts of oil in my driveway, I had to cancel my trip in order to resolve this and spent almost two hours waiting on Thursday due to lack of staffing. I called several times and was put into voicemail with no human contact. I called again and talked to the front desk and they put me back in service where I was put into another voicemail. The dealership was well organized but they seem to have a shortage of staff . Which is puzzling because before Bud Cleary took over they didn’t have these shortages. The people are nice. I have purchased multiple vehicles. I have had great service. One down side that has changed since bringing my vehicles in for service, is no longer I have purchased multiple vehicles. I have had great service. One down side that has changed since bringing my vehicles in for service, is no longer weekend support and the personal touch is gone. When I would bring my vehicle in prior to covid. I always saw the same face and he knew who I was. That is sadly gone. If one thing the last couple of years has taught me, is personal touch is needed. More
