The dealership was nice, clean and the people were friendly. I had made a previous inquiry about a vehicle and they responded immediately, and followed up with a phone call. I advise Michael that I might show up early once I retrieved my vehicle. Once I retrieve my vehicle I ended up driving straight to the dealership to go get the vehicle Michael had sent me a video of previously. Upon my arrival Michael was not there because I showed up unannounced and somebody paged him to let him know that I was there. I took the time to walk around a lot and look at a couple of different vehicles and Michael came back to come find me and flagged me down in a lot. Upon meeting Michael, I told him what I wanted and the price range that I wanted and he said that he would see what he could do. We took the Volkswagen Jetta Sport that I was looking at for a spin around the parking lot and I was already sold on the video. I asked Michael during the purchase process to check with the bank that I bank with to see if I can get a better rate. He went back to Kevin, who I met later and did everything I asked. I do mean everything. Unlike most dealerships these folks did everything in their power to try to get me the best finance rate possible to keep my payments down. Once I approved the payment amount, I was introduced to Kevin. Kevin was amazing. Most finance people you just kind of want to sign the paperwork and get out of there, but not this guy. I loved the way we were able to converse and I didn't think we were going to get through the paperwork because I just wanted to talk the guys ear off because both of them were so down to earth. The two of them did not try to pressure me or upsell me and we're straight shooters. This is very rare to find in a dealership. I've been to a couple in the past couple of months and they always try to upsell or get you into something else. not these guys, they gave me everything I asked for within the price range I asked for. I do have to say that their service was impeccable. I would literally drive back there just to talk to the two of them without the need to service my vehicle. A lot of dealerships you go to people are stuffed in suits and are pushy. Not these folks, they were dressed like normal people and it actually brings you down to earth and let you know that they are actual people not they're just trying to take everything you have with a car payment or an upsale. Michael was very patient while I was trying to re-familiarize myself with a manual transmission since I haven't driven one in over 20 years. The simple fact that they kept me in the price range I wanted and their personality, made me buy the car. I think my future purchases, car trades, and vehicle needs will be met by this dealership because I can't really see myself going anywhere else after this. More
