I took my 2015 Eos And because I was concerned about the roof, and I was told by Larson Volkswagen that they had no technicians and this was the closest place. While I had to drive in from Tacoma, I'm glad roof, and I was told by Larson Volkswagen that they had no technicians and this was the closest place. While I had to drive in from Tacoma, I'm glad because the Service advisors were great, it was done much sooner than promised, and they even vacuumed it and washed it for me. I would highly recommend them to any Volkswagen owners looking for service or to buy a new car! More

Bud Clary service called and asked if I needed my car serviced. Perfect timing! I needed an oil change. The soonest appointment was almost 3 weeks out!!! I dropped my car off 12 DAYS before my appointmen serviced. Perfect timing! I needed an oil change. The soonest appointment was almost 3 weeks out!!! I dropped my car off 12 DAYS before my appointment in hopes they would be able to squeeze the oil change in before my actual appointment. I hate to admit, I do this often. I've owned 7 VWs over the past 18 years. In that time, I've lived all over the Seattle area, so I've done this to just about every VW dealer in the area. I've always had my car back within 48 hours (including VW of Auburn before Bud took over) often times I've dropped by without an appointment and was out in 2 hours. They took the entire 12 days this time. I can't complain too much, they had my car done on the day my appointment was scheduled, I'm just extremely disappointed. On day 12 being so frustrated, I called up VW of Puyallup for an oil change appointment and explained my situation. They were willing to change my oil the same day I called!! That's the kind of accommodating service I'm looking for!! Awesome!! I went to Bud Clary to pull my car and go to VW of Puyallup. When I went to pickup my car, guess what? It was done!!! Bud Clary never called or texted to notify me of this. I just showed up to take my car (oil change or not). Makes me wonder if they had this oil changed earlier, but decided to just hold my car until the day of my actual appointment. Like I said, I'm not mad, just disappointed. My question is...Why cold call customers for service when you're clearly in no capacity to take on more work? Hire more people to accommodate the business, or stop fishing for more customers. Biting off more than you can chew here! I for one will never return to this dealership and will vocally warn as many people I can about this dealership and refer them to VW of Puyallup, Campbell Nelson, Carter, or University VW for service.
