This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had to deal with, I have had 2 other vw cars and have been coming to this dealership since 2014 and will not be returning after this experience. From doi to deal with, I have had 2 other vw cars and have been coming to this dealership since 2014 and will not be returning after this experience. From doing recalls on my car and saying they will only take 2-3 days, to having my car for 63 days. The sales manager was amazing, he communicated with me and with everything in his ability to make it right after my car being in the dealership for over a month. Finally when I was told that my car was ready to be picked up, I came to pick up my car the air bag sensor was on (which never was on). When I brought this to their attention they told me they never did anything with the airbag but on the sheet (the print out of what was done on my car) one of the recalls was on the drivers airbag. Then they continued to tell me that it is result of “an accident” which I was not aware of and then they proceeded to try to blame it on me. I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership (and I have dealt with quite a few) as I have with this one More
