This is my second Hyundai from Bud Clary Auburn, the purchasing process was easy and no high pressure. Took 1 month to get an appointment for an oil change. After oil change car was running rough until the engine shut down and only hybrid engine was kicking in. Opened hood and found the oil cap was next t After oil change car was running rough until the engine shut down and only hybrid engine was kicking in. Did not have a good experience at all with Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai. It began with them rescheduling my appointment without an explanation, forcing me to set a new appointment. When day finally came, the parking lot was packed and finding out where to go and where to park was a major hassle. If you make a wrong turn, you don't have enough room to turn around. In the e-mail, they list where to go, but none of it is labeled at the site so it's meaningless. The main hiccup was reserving a shuttle and then getting forgotten about. I live less than 10 minutes away and had other things to do. They not only forgot about me, after waiting 45 minutes past the time I was supposed to be picked up, when I went to check in again, they left to "check on that shuttle" and disappeared, then failled to find me another ride. Then they told me my car would be ready in about 25 minutes. Another 45 minutes later of draining my phone battery in their waiting area, they approach me to tell me my car was ready. They didn't even go over the diagnostics with me (although I'm sure they sensed I was not happy and wouldn't dare try to upsell me). When I asked if there was any kind of "Sorry we forgot about you discount," they flatly told me no and didn't make any effort to apologize or find someone who could help. They didn't appear at all concerned about my situation or losing a customer, but their indifference told me everything I need to know. I will not be returning. I'll go to Hyundai in Auburn. The person assigned to help me was Adrian, although it was the person standing next to Adrian I dealt with the most. Neither were helpful. More
