When I purchased my newest vehicle, a 2007 Dodge Nitro, I was fully introduced to all its fea here, Awesome staff,knowledgeable, Pricing was spot on. When I purchased my newest vehicle, a 2007 Dodge Nitro, I was fully introduced to all its features, the Sirius Satelite package that it came with and the salesman Charlie had excellent product knowledge. Nothing like going down the street with a new vehicle and people asking what I was driving and where I got it. I left completely satisfied! Also, since I did purchase a new vehicle, it of course had recalls as any new model will, but the service dept was spot on with time it would take, and solved any and all issues as a first time factory model. Thanks for everything, We will be BACK! More
I am here to let you know that my experience with the Huyndai branch of Tom Matson in Auburn was not what I expected.. I am a first time buyer of a brand new car. I only purchase used vehicles. I came in to view a specific type of car at the main showroom and was curious about the Sante Fe .. The direction and lack of pressure that I thought I would be going through was unexpected. I was made to feel comfortable and take my time to view and test drive the cars that I might be interested in with ease. The sales staff,namely Andrew Carlino,was very informed and gave me much to think about by answered my questions to educate me on the styles and what might be the best fit for me. I appreciated the calmness he showed me to put me at ease and gave me a very favorable experience .. I would recommend anyone that is interested in purchasing a vehicle from Huyndai in Auburn, to go and deal with any of the sales staff there. I give it my stamp of approval for great service and enjoy a relaxed experience.. More

Getting your car serviced is never a fun experience. It's painful. While there was nothing special about the work done on my mother's car, although they did a fine job, the reason I am writing one of my only painful. While there was nothing special about the work done on my mother's car, although they did a fine job, the reason I am writing one of my only online reviews is because of their shuttle driver. I believe his name was Daniel, and he treated my elderly mother with such grace and kindness, it was so appreciated. It is because they have people like this young man that I will be back and I will recommend this dealer to others. Other dealers should take a lesson from the respect which was shown to her. Horrible experience. Both myself and my family have bought several vehicles from this dealership and their customer service has definitely gone way downhill. The salesman never even tried to sell us the car.. just handed us the keys and told us not to be gone long. We were buying a brand new vehicle and someone actually telling us about the features of the car would have been appreciated. Our sales person would be in mid conversation and leave us to talk to other people.They gave us the run around the entire time. We had a good several thousand dollar down payment and they continued to nickle and dime and trying to get us to put more and more down. In research I found they were charging us more for a base model SUV that you could find at other local lots with the "limited" options. Because we went in on a Sunday they told us to put a check down to hold the vehicle and they would get back to us the next day with the bank approval.. We ended up calling them at the end of the business day to tell them we were coming to get our check and no longer willing to do business with them anymore. I will not be returning to this dealership. More
Brought my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and serpentine belt replacement. They did the job but "forgot" to put the oil filler cap back on. I complained in person and in writing but got no response other than a verbal "sorry about that" [read: "oops"] If I want this level of service I don't need to pay dealership prices to find it. I won't be going back to Matson Dodge anytime soon. More
Mu husband and I drove 45 minutes to test drive a Trailblazer SS on Tom Matsons lot from an ad we saw on craigslist. By first impression alone, we should have just walked out. The salesman helping us was a complete slob, his stomach was too big for him to tuck is shirt in, and the used lot was a dump. The salesman had no idea how much the car was, we had to show him his own craigslist ad. Once we decided we liked the car we went to the main lot to talk price. They were unwilling to negotiate since the car had been sitting on there lot for a couple months, and when we started to try to talk to him about bringing the price down or giving us more for our trade in to make up, he ran out of the room and got his manager, who proceeded to yell at us for " beating up his salesman" then kicked us out. They were unwilling to help make the sale and we were the only people in there! I do not recommend this dealer and will tell everyone I know! More
I took my Wrangler into this shop for its service after they took over the Jeep franchise from Robert's Jeep in Auburn. I picked up my vehicle at the end of the day, and my driver's side window had a 6" cu they took over the Jeep franchise from Robert's Jeep in Auburn. I picked up my vehicle at the end of the day, and my driver's side window had a 6" cut in it. At first, they denied they had anything to do with it. Then I ran into a gentleman who used to be a supervisor at Robert's. He told me one of their techs did it. I talked with Tom Matson Jr. and Bob Jones, who is the service manager. They did not want to do anything to help me, but finally asked me to come in. Bob took a look at the window to make sure they ordered a correct replacement and told me they would take care of it. After two weeks of me making phone calls to see when I would get this, they tell me today they will only pay 1/2 the cost. Their lube tech cuts my window and they want me to pay half! Do not use this dealership! Oh, and I forgot to say, they ended up charging me over $100 for an oil change! I will also be making a report to the Better Business Bureaus. More
