Sad about purchase The only bad thing was the trade in process, no trade value til paper signing we got screwed. Went there because we got tired of being screwed over by Mansfield dealers. New place same result. More

Matt Ball was our associate and he did an amazing job w/our deal. He was very friendly and on the ball. He stayed in contact w/me over a few days as we ironed out the details. The financial was handled by Fred and he was excellent at explaining the process of leasing. I am ecstatic with my purchase and wld give this dealership a 10 out of 10 and refer them to all my family and loved ones:) I had no knowledge of the service dep't when selecting this dealership but they seemed wonderful upon meeting them. It could be there the next day but I also asked if I might be able to buy a new Charger. I went in after work and saw Dio. I bought a 2018 Charger with no problems and it was a pretty quick process.
