Great experience We were in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler, so we stopped in to see a few in person. We stopped in a few days later with a wish list of options and colors for a new Wrangler, and Mike was able to get us into a Moab edition that they had on site with very minimal negotiations. Great customer service I was hedding on vacation with my daughter 4 hrs away and the truck broke down. After calling more then one dealer service and getting no help on a f I was hedding on vacation with my daughter 4 hrs away and the truck broke down. After calling more then one dealer service and getting no help on a friday afternoon I called buckeye and kim answerd and put me first right away. She new I needed help being 2 hrs into my vacation trip to the campground and pulling a camper. Her mechanics were on standby and ready to help.. Eventhough it was way worse then I thought they allowed me to hook up my camper so I would not loose all my food and catered to my daughter and helped make us comfortable... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR REPAIR HERE!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR CAR RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND BREAK SEVERAL OTHER THINGS. I dropped off my fiance's car because i DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR CAR RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND BREAK SEVERAL OTHER THINGS. I dropped off my fiance's car because it was running rough, service engine light on, smells like oil burning and tire pressure sensor malfunctioning. Verizon Hum tells me the problems and I let them know what it says. After three hours I called to see if they had found the problem and they said they COULD NOT FIND THE CAR. Six hours later they call with the diagnosis. They order parts and two days later call and say other things need repaired like timing belt and spark plugs. These need ordered also. Then it takes a couple days to do the work. So 7 days later I go to pick up the car and let it run a few minutes in the parking lot. SAME PROBLEMS AS BEFORE. Tire light not fixed, service engine light on, running rough. I go back in and complain saying give me my money back cause they didn't fix anything. They look at it again and I WAIT FOUR HOURS and they say it needs a new co2 sensor or oxygen sensor. This is what the Verizon Hum told me to begin with and they charged me over $2000 for all the other stuff that had nothing to do with the problem. Plus I am told I will have to bring my car back in a few days to reset the tire pressure sensors and they will drive it 60 miles away to a dealer that knows how to reset it. A day after I get my car I hear a metal rattling noise coming from the area of the timing belt. Call Buckey and they say they will look at it when they get it to reset tire pressure sensor. Buckeye drives a rental to me and takes my car. A day later I notice the license plate tags EXPIRE in one day on the rental vehicle. I call them the next day to find out what's going on and to get my car back and let them know about expired license plate tags. Come to find out they DID NOT TIGHTEN the timing belt pulleys properly and they still can not get tire pressure light to go out. Parts need ordered for both. A week later driving on EXPIRED PLATE TAGS they get everything figured out and say it's fixed. A day later the power steering is acting strange, squealing and tight. Plus my Verizon Hum is saying low battery power. So I check and find low power steering fluid because it is leaking out from hoses close to where timing belt cover is. Also they DID NOT TIGHTEN THE POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE on to the battery. It was well below freezing for a few days and now I'm afraid a two month old battery might be ruined from freezing. I called and talked to manager Jeremy and was told they did not touch power steering hoses (they would have to be touched to get bolts out of timing belt cover on top) and batteries will not freeze when they are dead. Both things are LIES!! Jeremy also tells me he will not fix these problems because he already has done $700 worth of repairs to my vehicle without charging me. If the repairs WERE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME they would not have needed to do that. They had my car for THREE WEEKS AND IT'S STILL NOT RIGHT!!!! Plus now electric door locks are not working right and I'm hearing METAL RATTLING SOUND AGAIN!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED!!! More

Nervous and cheap buyer I'm rather nervous when it comes to spending lots of money and tend to be on the safe side (cheap). These guys were very helpful, polite, supportive and did not rush me in making a decision. All of my options were laid out in front of me and thoroughly explained. Points were pointed out that I missed due to my anxiety. A great experience other than I now have a car payment. Lol More
