9am Thursday, dec. 22r First visit bought car. 2nd visit Service rep at counter appeared to be knowledgeable. Had service appointment for 9 but did not get car back until 5p First visit bought car. 2nd visit Service rep at counter appeared to be knowledgeable. Had service appointment for 9 but did not get car back until 5pm. Was a 2 hour job. Car bought was supposed to be precertified, but had nicks in front windshield, no floor mats, seal around drivers door was not attached. Noise from brake, Called 3 times and was never told they were shirt handed that day, would have made a big difference . could have called a cab to come get imy car if nothing else. Very disappointed, doubt if I will ever use service again, unless warranted work. More
