Taken advantage of I went with my 21 year old daughter who is working 2 jobs and paying for college to get a car. We were informed that the car" came with a 3 year warra I went with my 21 year old daughter who is working 2 jobs and paying for college to get a car. We were informed that the car" came with a 3 year warranty" After seeing the car and deciding to buy it Jonny brought us the paperwork and I asked how much we were buying the car for. He said $7498.00. My daughter put $1000.00 of her own money down. He showed us where to sign and we did and thought we were leaving with a good deal. fast forward to about 32 days when we received the title saying we paid $12328.50 for the car. I looked at the papers we signed and saw a $3000.00 charge which I found out was for a warranty we didn't ask for or want that can only be cancelled by the manager. A $499 charge for a brake light flasher that I have no idea what it is or that it was broken and a $595 pre owned vehicle kit that Jonny can't even tell me what it is. I left 2 more messages for the manager that were not returned and was informed that I was told all this and Jonny went through all the charges. He didn't go through anything. So now my daughter is going to end up paying over $16000.00 for a $7498.00 car. Please don't go here! Save yourself a lot of money and stress! More

I disclosed to him the specs on my vehicle and previous quotes I received. Again, I was assured. I took some time off of work and drove up. Let him review my vehicle and there was no surprises. Now comes the fun part. After being told he was competitive, after being told my vehicle was in demand in his area, he hit me with a quote 30% less than other dealers. He said he had cars on his lot at this price point and couldn't do more. WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT ON THE PHONE? Typical car salesman. More

Dan claimed my bank, with which I had not spoken about the car, had called to harass his parts manager, because it makes perfectly reasonable sense for a bank to harass a used car dealership's mechanic on the other side of the state. Avoid these people like the plague. They clearly would rather berate the public than sell cars. GM should be embarrassed that this business sports a bow tie. More
