My wife and I spent a lot of time shopping and trying to make the right decision for a brand new vehicle. We visited Buchanan twice before purchasing our new Forester from them, and were pleased both times. The price negotiations were quick and easy. There was no game playing with the Sales Manager and waiting for hours to seal the deal like you find in some places. It was honest and straightforward all the way. A few days later went back to have an accessory installed, and the Service Department was super. Robie Mears got me in and out right on schedule! We schedule an apt and meet Mark with not knowing what we really wanted other then wanting out of our current SUV. So we spent some time test driving.
