My salesperson was Samantha, she called when the car I was interested in arrived early; it was ready and waiting when I got there. She suggested I look at a second car for comparison. This was my first was interested in arrived early; it was ready and waiting when I got there. She suggested I look at a second car for comparison. This was my first Subaru from Buchanan and my fifth Subaru in all. Samantha, Mike, and Smiley made this a very low-pressure experience. They efficiently arranged financing, insurance, and DMV registration. I was introduced to the service manager and tech expert. Now I know who to call. The Forester was perfectly clean and shiny and had a full tank of gas on the day I picked it up. I look forward to going places in my new Forester and building a relationship with the staff at Buchanan. Thanks Sam! More

Great communication very professional and the deal was the fastest I have ever experienced for a dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a car. Walk in the door and ask for Samantha , She will take care of you! Only disappointment was the used car only came with 1 key FOB but was told it had 2 when it was traded but the 2nd wouldn't allow car to start so they destroyed it. I asked for a replacement but they have not gotten me one and kinda been ignored on my ask for one. More
