The service department is CLEAN, the staff is always very helpful and pleasant. Over the years I have dealt with many service departments and I feel, as a woman, that at times I was ripped off. I have been dealing exclusively with Wheelers since 2002 and I have never felt that way or that I was talked down to. When I purchased my Optima almost 3 years ago I also purchased the Wheeler For Life program. So glad I did. I hadn't had the car a month when I had a bad tire. Wheelers replaced it and it didn't cost me a thing. I've had to use it other times as well. What a wonderful program! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! More
This Sedona is the 5th Kia we've owned and purchased from Wheeler Kia. The dealership in general bends over backwards to accommodate us. Drove over one hour to have my 2011 Sorento serviced and a recall issue taken care of by Wheeler Kia. Great people, great service. I have always received extraordinary service from the Wheeler service & parts department and my most recent visit surpassed all expectations. I noticed a problem with my car, went for a ride with Jamie Wheeler service & parts department and my most recent visit surpassed all expectations. I noticed a problem with my car, went for a ride with Jamie to detect problem, however; the problem didn't occur during that ride (frustrating for me). Jamie took the time, patience, and perservered to detect the problem and make necessary repairs...truly an asset to the Wheeler dealership family!!! On the other hand, Bill always explains what is absolutely necessary to maintain the car and advises what I NEED to have done. He has ALWAYS been friendly,honest, helpful and most accommodating...always makes sure I have transportation while my car is being services...always available to provide his usual outstanding service!!! Rick has also provided wonderful service to me in the past, as well. I find Wheeler to be a wonderful "family" dealership...one you can trust--one you can count on to deliver friendly, expert service...always putting the customer first. I would definitely recommend Wheeler Kia to anyone!!! Mr. Warren Wheeler should be commended for employing such devoted staff in his service department such as Bill, Rick & Jamie. Hats off!!! Both Ken and James at Wheeler were friendly and courtious. They were very easy to work with and willing to do what ever they could to make it easier on us. I'v had the Kia soul about two weeks and every thing the salesperson told me or showed me has been very helpful. When I returned the Soul yesteday the service manager knew I was coming and he had a Tech sho salesperson told me or showed me has been very helpful. When I returned the Soul yesteday the service manager knew I was coming and he had a Tech show me how the front panel were assembled and they both answered any questions I had. Mr Wheeler the owner came out to meet and greet me and we talked at length about my experieces as an Automotives Teacher. Every employee I came into cantact with seemed very happy to be a part of this dealership. All the things I have mention makes for a great dealership and of course there was a courtasy car waiting for me when I was ready to leave. Wheeler Kia is a model of what all dealerships should be. My new car journey was full of adventures. Wheeler Kia went out of their way to try to get me a loaded 2011 Kia Sportage. Things looked bleak, but due to the unrelenting efforts of Kim, Dan, and James, i went out of their way to try to get me a loaded 2011 Kia Sportage. Things looked bleak, but due to the unrelenting efforts of Kim, Dan, and James, it all worked out in the end. They got my new Sportage with everything I wanted, in the interior and exterior color requested. They were easy to deal with and didn't mind my stopping in frequently to check on the status of my car. One my car arrived, Kim even helped me set up the Bluetooth phone system to work with my cell phone. In conclusion, the staff of Wheeler Kia are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in doing their jobs. I highly recommend Wheeler over the big city dealers. P.S. MY NEW SPORTAGE ROCKS!!!!!!!! When another dealer failed to return a call to set up a service appointment and also failed to respond to my email complaint about customer service, I turned to Wheeler where I had originally bought my PT service appointment and also failed to respond to my email complaint about customer service, I turned to Wheeler where I had originally bought my PT Cruiser. The customer service is great - everything from being greeted, receiving a loaner car, phone calls with the progress and cost of repair, having the car ready when promised, to a follow-up phone call and email. It's a good service facility and I was satisfied with the repairs that were made. But why is it no longer AAA recommended? More
