Thank you for review of Wheeler Kia. I wanted to respond to you question about why Wheeler Kia discontinued our affiliation with AAA. After reviewing the positive and negetive aspects of this program, Wheeler Kia contacted AAA multipule times for a represenative of AAA to please contact us to set an appointment to discuse our concerns. They never responded to our request and after we sent our letter of termination with AAA, they never contacted Wheeler Kia to find out why. We implemented our own discount for any customer that was a AAA member, so that our customers would not be affected by this change. Thank you again for taking the time to help us do a better job for you, and all of our customers.
