Poor Service Department Poor customer service in service department. Bill service manager did not give car wash as they stated they would do instead told me we "owe you one Poor customer service in service department. Don't trust Buchanan Kia Len, the general manager, lied to my wife and me and created problems for us. 1) Len shared the reason my wife and I were going to have an APR clos Len, the general manager, lied to my wife and me and created problems for us. 1) Len shared the reason my wife and I were going to have an APR close to 5% in spite of our 820 credit rating was that a "PHEV" is not a plugin hybrid. When questions that PHEV means plug-in hybrid electric, Len shifted the answer to be that it was due to high demand even though the Kia web site listed 0.9% APR financing available for the plugin hybrid. 2) Our salesperson, Trent Thomas, told Len that we canceled our deposit Monday, 3/25/19 morning and Len then sat on the cancellation and refused to return any phone calls. We are now working with our credit card company to void the transaction. I strongly recommend doing any business with a dealer that handles business this way. More
