Buchanan Kia allowed me to borrow their loaner car while my car was worked on. This let me bring the car in without an appointment set up ahead of time and go get my errands done while the mechanics got th my car was worked on. We had 1993 Oldsmobile that had gotten to the point where it was going to cost more to repair it than it was worth. We didn't think we could afford to buy another vehicle. They also have an event after you buy the car, where they bring new owners in and answer questions and they gave us a tour of the dealership. That was a really nice touch. This dealership has many cars to choose from and James Carlyle was eager to assist us in picking the Kia we were interested in. These people are movated to sell cars and James made us a deal that far exceeded out expectations. Michael Wheeler made short work of the paperwork and we were soon proud owners of a new Kia Soul. This is the fourth new Kia we have purchased at this dealership and will probably not be the last. A great sales and service staff! More

I have dealt with this dealer for many years. The service department is wonderful. I always told them I would buy my next car with them and I wanted a Kia for sure. When I was ready to shop, Ken made sure I saw everything and answered all my questions patiently. He helped me narrow down my choices and, as he got to know me better, began to make recommendations he thought suited me regarding model and options. He entertained my grandchildren when I needed a little more time, gave them baloons and treated us all in a very friendly way. I knew he was the salesperson with whom I wanted to deal, Michael helped make it happen, and Kia Sorento was the car with everything I needed at a reasonable price. With all of that, I know the service will be topnotch when I need that, too. More
