I was involved in an accident back in 2012 and just recently decided to start driving again. I was getting all stressed out thinking I was going to have to call around to different dealers, when my dau recently decided to start driving again. I can tell you I am so glad I did because that led me to the best person in Sales, James Carlyle. He was so honest, kind, considerate and has a very good sense of humor. Once I started talking to him I knew I wasn't going to call another dealer. James helped me to get a great deal on my new 2014 Kia Forte Ex with the great premium package. So ask for the package on the Forte Ex, you will be very satisfied with it, and also don't forget ask for James. The office was very clean and organized, and everyone in the staff that James introduced me to was very kind. My experience with Kia was great, but James made sure it went that way. Had he not called us back, we would still be looking They were friendly, easy to work with, kept the purchase within our budget, and agreed to take care of our requests before we took the car. We did feel that the vehicle could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but overall, we're very happy with our purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Buchanan Kia to my friends. More
This past weekend I bought a Kia Forte Koup at the Buchanan Kia dealership. I came across their name on a website that listed dealership inventory and contacted Buchanan because they were the only dea Buchanan Kia dealership. I came across their name on a website that listed dealership inventory and contacted Buchanan because they were the only dealership in the entire region that had the exact car I had been looking for. I did not know at the time that they have been ranked number one in customer service for several years across all Kia dealerships. After working with James Carlyle and Michael Wheeler, I can see exactly why this dealership is held in such high regard and has consistently excellent reviews. Before calling Buchanan, I had spoken to about 15 Kia dealerships in the region. Within a few moments of chatting with James, I knew that I wanted to do business with him. He is professional, knowledgeable of Kia products and services, provides accurate information, will call you back when he says he will, does not throw in any hidden fees in his price quotes, and has a great sense of humor. James is incredibly resourceful. If he does not know the exact answer to something, he will call you back after he confirms the right answer so there are no surprises. We were able to work out a deal that took into account my budget and requirements, exceeding my expectations in both cost and customer service. At the last moment, in fact, we uncovered misinformation that I took to be true on several well-reputed car buying websites. These sites wrongly stated that Kia offered a particular feature in the tech package that I expected to have with this car. I explained my concern to James and he was able to work out an offer that I could not refuse. They agreed to install the feature at no additional cost to me because they took into account that this feature was incredibly important to me and my expectations and needs! James and Michael also walked me through every single detail of my finance options and answered all of my questions as a first time car buyer. They are patient and respectful in their responses and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. My brother and I drove 2 hours to get to Buchanan on a doughnut because we got a flat on the way. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. I have been recommending this dealership to my colleagues, friends, and family members. I am so thrilled about my first new car and will definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future. Bottom line: go with Buchanan! Upon arrival at Buchanon Kia of Westminster, my husband and I were greeted by Ken Sherman. It was 25 minutes to quitting time on Saturday evening. Our intention was to test drive a 2013 Optima Hybrid, the and I were greeted by Ken Sherman. It was 25 minutes to quitting time on Saturday evening. Our intention was to test drive a 2013 Optima Hybrid, then be on our way to visit my mom. We had narrowed our decision down to Prius, Sonata and Optima hybrids. After Ken sat us down and gathered some personal information, he took a picture of my husband's (Richard) drivers license, got the keys and off we went. I wanted to see the luxury model, I think that's the LX, even though it was beyond what we wanted to spend. Before we left the lot, Ken went over all the gadgets and gizmos. His knowledge of the car was impressive. He showed us how everything worked then off we went! Hubby and I were both impressed with the smooth ride and comfortable seating. While we were driving I asked Ken to explain the leasing option. That really got my attention. Back at the showroom, Ken further explained leasing, financing options, warranties and Buchanan's service policy, which was a selling feature all on its own merit. He gave us a quick tour of the service area. Very clean and neat! Then we met with the sales manager, Tom, and had a very informative conversation with him with regards to leasing, which is a topic/option Richard and I were totally unfamiliar with. And even though we asked a thousand questions, we never felt rushed, even though by now it was almost two hours after closing time. Finally, we decided on leasing. Then we met with Mike, in financing, and he went over the paperwork, while Ken put the new license plates on the car. Before we left the showroom, we added our names to the "Happy Kia Owners" on the showroom window, banged the GONG, and Ken handed us the keys and escorted us out to our new car. We looked under the hood so Ken could point out the high voltage cables that we are NEVER to touch, and made sure we got off OK. It had been 11 years since Richard and I bought a new car, so we were really taking every opportunity to research our options and see what was out there. After driving our Prius for 11 years, we knew we wanted another hybrid. So we had been at this for a few weeks; test driving different Hybrid models, visiting probably a dozen different dealerships, sitting though many sales pitches and in general getting tired of the whole process. We were very happy we decided to "stumble" into Buchanan Kia and will recommend the dealership and Ken unequivocally. More

When we drove off the lot my Hubby and I were excited about the car and the great people we met at the Dealership!
