When I saw the red Soul I said that's it. Took a test drive and was sold on it. My sales person was Andrea Phillips and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. A few weeks before she had sold a car to my son who was very happy. That's why he suggested I come up there and am glad I did. Coming from Glen Burnie was no short drive but it was worth it. I got a great price on my trade in and was really pleased with the 0% interest. Very Happy Customer More

Magnetic Pull !!! I was looking for a 1-2 year old, red, two-door car, with a tan interior. Sherri greeted me, outside on the coldest day of the year! As we were talking, this Titanium Gray, 4-door 2014 Optima Turbo, on the showroom floor, kept "drawing" me to it!! I was amazed at the attraction I had to that car! Of course Sherri said I looked great in it! Eventually, I decided I was getting that car! (Even tho it was not red!) Sherri was extremely helpful and very kind. If she did not have an answer for me, she'd get someone who could answer my many questions! She was a great person to work with. I did not feel the normal "car sales pressure" at Buchanan. Everyone there was very friendly. I have told everyone where I got my car. I LOVE IT--- and it is not red! More
