Outstanding Customer Service! My brother was in dire need of a car to get back and forth to his new job. His finances were not perfect and out of pocket cash was next to nothing. Needless to say, the embarrassment of his situation made him want to walk away, but Erik the sales manager and Andrea in sales could not have been more accommodating. Our salesperson was Rebecca Przbyszewski, a very friendly person (as you would expect from a Mom who has Dogs). She showed Beth some nice cars, spotless inside and out. And she called Beth often to help with the nuisance accidents and insurance companies often create. Today Beth has a new car car, which she drove Home and parked behind our House and off the Street! A beautiful black Kia! We are previous Buchanan customers because they have many cars within our price range, the service department is reliable, the people we deal with are pleasant, and we feel comfortable at Buchanan. And, our salesperson really was helpful. She got Beth a very nice car, and the paperwork took a lot less time than I remember. From the time I got my first car, a Royal Blue MGB, many years ago, I have enjoyed picking out a new car and driving it home. Beth likes her new new Kia a lot.
