Finally, with the release of the 2012 Power Wagon, I fell in love with the truck and had to have it. Max knows Im the type of girl that doesn't take any crap, I know what I want and I know how to get it. He was very professional with me and my family during the sales process, and was also very honest! He got me a very reasonable amount for my trade and did everything he could to ensure all discounts and incentives were applied to my sales cost. Thank you Max! As for customer service the two sales associates we dealt through were friendly and helpful. However, we actually had to deal through three different associates through out several visits which became confu through were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the manager sent a new employee out without answering the question he had, he fed him to the fire in front of us. I can only give a '3' for service/work/friendliness because of the manager. As for overall experience I rate it as Bad. The vehicle I drove and liked was sold before I got there and I was never notified. I was expected to sign an agreement for a vehicle that was only mentioned between me and the sales woman. SERIOUSLY? As for price I HAVE to rate it as Very Bad. When we arrived to look at the numbers the manager came up with (given we knew our one vehicle had a few thousand negative equity) we were expected to pay over $31,000 for a vehicle with a sticker price of less then $24,000! And that was supposed to include cash back and incentives. RIDICULOUS! We were looking to buy two vehicles at the same time. Needless to say we didn't even bother looking at the numbers for the second vehicle. More

After hearing many great things about Buchanan Auto Park and with my brother's referral I gave them a shot. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of my salesman, Max Million. He made the transition from my Ford Focus into a 2011 Jeep Patriot 4x4 seamless. The customer service didn't end there. General Sales Manager, Chuck Bumbaugh, worked the phones with another bank after I had already signed my paperwork and got me an even better deal on the vehicle and all it took was a couple extra signatures on my part. The courtesy and customer satisfaction that I experienced @ Buchanan Auto Park is head and shoulders above any other dealership I've dealt with. They have my business from here on out. More
In the beginning the folks were very friendly. They became less friendly in the price negotiation process. Granted, I may have been trying too hard to get them to understand a few points I was trying became less friendly in the price negotiation process. Granted, I may have been trying too hard to get them to understand a few points I was trying to make. The negotiations may have taken longer than they wanted. And, they became inflexible when unable to travel down the day they wanted me to close the deal because I was away on vacation. When I came back from vacation and contacted them to close deal, they said the price was now $3K higher. I then told them about a competitor's advertised deal (60 miles further) on exact vehicle (except for one option difference). Then manager emailed to get together on price. I tried multiple times to contact them to set up day/time to get together (in response to his email), but they wouldn't respond. I suspect they didn't want to entertain the competitively advertised price from another dealer. They seemed to start ignoring me when I inquired about the Lowest Guaranteed Price they advertise. I suspect their motto should really be: We guarantee the lowest price, but instead of the $1,000. if we can't meet the price, we will just ignore you. At least if they would've responded with not wanting to do business with me at that price, along with a valid reason, I could understand that. I can't understand why none of them would respond to me. After a couple days of their ignoring me (after saying about getting together on getting close to the other deal), the other vehicle was sold. So, I figured is that is the way Chevrolet treats customers, I not only would not deal with this dealership, but avoid Chevrolet all together. I've had much better experiences with other manufacturers. More
Darrell was able to finance a vehicle at a much better rate than expected, exceeding expectations. Previously rate was 18% but after multiple attempts and 2 weeks of continued trying found me the new veh rate than expected, exceeding expectations. I have nothing but good to say about Buchanan Auto park as well as Max. First I enjoyed working with the Buchanan Auto Park because from the time we stepped on the lot Max was there, see if he could help u as well as Max. So, we went into the office to talk about what I wanted the lot did not have exactly what I wanted. However, max found exactly what I wanted and got the payments to my range. I would recomend Buchanan Auto Park to anyone in the world. Also, Max was very helpful with all questions and explained the vehicle very well when they got my Jeep from another dealer. He is a great well rounded salesman with fantastic customer service. My experiance was great. Thank you very much Max. More
We came to this dealership after getting some poor customer service from a dealer in our hometown. Max was knowledgeable, friendly, straight to the point and no bull kinda sales person. He didn't make us any promises, but one...to make this experience much better than our last....and that he did. He's very friendly, family man and he makes a person feel comfortable. Darryl, the financial wizard was great too. My husband and I were laughing the entire time with him. Our monthly payment was more than I had thought it was going to be, but still doable and it was refreshing that I didn't have to give my first born up, I could keep my arms and legs and I left with the shirt on my back!!! Not bad eh??? I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy a car. Great experience! Thanks guys! More
