My Chrysler town and country was in 6 times within a 45 day period at one point they repaired the wiring harness and within 120 miles my transmission went back into limp mode. They never return phone calls when they tell you they will. It took them twice to fix the seat belt so the air bag light would turn off. They over charge us for a tire repair.. Left several messages for Todd Renfro without him returning our call. After picking the van up after it's last time in the shop they would not guarantee the repairs. More
There is not enough room on this page to explain the nightmare that we experienced buying a vehicle form this dealership. We were told numerous lies from the beginning, I will NEVER purchase another veh nightmare that we experienced buying a vehicle form this dealership. We were told numerous lies from the beginning, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Phone calls are never returned , tags from our trade were left laying on salespersons desk for three months without a phone call, we were under the assumption they were being returned to the MVA since they were not given to us only to receive a letter from MVA asking for the tags and proof of sale. After numerous calls we were finally told to " come pick them up" they had no idea who they belonged to, what a joke. This dealership cares about one thing only and that is MONEY!!! We were also looking at a similar vehicle from another dodge dealership that we were going to purchase and Buchanan gave us a better deal and told us they would return the van to the other dealership and pick up our trade. That never happened either, they were to busy. We were threatened by the other dealership and our trade was plowed in with snow and damaged. This was the worst buying experience that we have ever had. i could go on for pages on how we have been mistreated but its just not worth it, no one cares not even Dodge Corporation, they got their money and that is all that matters!!!! More
Our experience with Max at Buchanan was phenomenal. Due to previous experiences with "car salesmen" we don't buy many cars, but tend to keep the ones we have. What first brought us to this dealership was the service department but over the last 3 years we have also had dealings with the new and used sales departments. Most recently, I bought/leased my second car turning in my 2010 leased Dodge Journey and leasing a new 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited S. My sales person, Max Million, has given me excellent care in meeting my needs as well as my wishes by meeting with me several times and calling when when appropriate to give me updated information. It is this kind of sales that has kept us coming back as well as knowing that the service department also does excellent work in following through to meet our needs. The paperwork was seamless and done as quickly as possible which also was greatly appreciated. More
We looked at several Jeep dealerships in a three state area looking to purchase a new Jeep. Buchannan was the only dealership that actually took the time to ask us what we were looking for. Jason was very helpful in helping to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the different models. Everyone we came in contact with in this dealership had a positive attitude and seemed to really enjoy their work. The finance department was most helpful in helping us secure a lender and expiditing the paperwork. This team of people worked hard to help us and made us feel as if we were the most importent customer they had. When the time comes to replace this car we will be back to see them. I went to this dealer looking to replace my 99 jeep wrangler with 200,000 miles for a new Jeep that could more easily hold two kids. When I sent an email query, I was immediately contacted and had a convenient appointment set up. When I arrived I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. The first thing my saleswoman did was sit down and discuss what my needs were and what I wanted. From there she set about finding what worked for me. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, or treated like I didn't know what was best for me. It was freezing cold outside that day, but bless her heart, she still managed to find all the vehicles I wanted to look at, and provided me with an honest answer for every question I had. The staff was very knowledgeable, and after I had made my purchase, I was introduced to the service manager along with other key employees that will assist in future services. I found it to be a very relaxed purchase, the whole process of looking at cars, going over payment plans, and them handing me the keys took a little over two hours, very different from when I bought my wife's ford fiesta from a different dealer the prior year. I'm very pleased with my new Jeep Patriot! I would recommend anybody in the Waynesboro area looking for trustworthy dealership to at least stop in or send an email query to Buchanan auto park. I doubt very much they would be disappointed. More

I could tell when I visited Buchanan the first time that the staff really wanted to sell me a truck and that's what I was looking for in a dealership. Most of the other dealers I visited seemed uninterested in me as a buyer. I wanted someone who really wanted to work with me and get a deal done and that's what I found at Buchanan. I am extremely happy with the truck, the price, and the whole process of my purchase. I have recommended Buchanan to several friends and family members and when my wife's vehicle is paid off, we will be going back to Buchanan.
