The case is that in July 23, 2015 I bought a used Dear Mr Neal, I am writing on this dealer because i have the hope that you can read this review. The case is that in July 23, 2015 I bought a used car Ford Fusion 2013. The very first day I had problems with the breaks, we came back to the dealer service and they fixed it, but yesterday Thursday August 20th we came back to the service because the Ac wasn't working. The people from service wants charge me $1,035 to repair the AC, so they sent me back with the seller (Ryan) and he sent me with Rob, the manager. I did like the fact that Rob started apologizing and offer me to pay part of the bill, but I told him that I am holding that car for less than 30 days so I don't think that I have to pay a peny for the repair. Rob started raising his voice and in very bad manner told me lo leave his dealer. he say "if you no want take my offer get out from my dealer." Rob transform him self in a monster and continue raising and raising his voice. All the sellers were witnesses of the bad treatment I received, that happened yesterday around 3;30pm. As a customer I don't deserve the treatment I received from your Manager Rob at Buchanan Kia Used cars - Westminster. I am sure you will take action on this matter. He didn't care about the sale but, about us and what we needed and what he could do to make sure we got a good reliable used car. Like I said earlier we had no intention on buy that day but, with his help and the help of the rest of the staff we left with a 2008 Buick. They are not like any other dealership that I have ever been in. I highly recommend this dealership and Don Harmon to anyone that is in need of a new or used car.
