Bryden Ford and everyone there was great to work with! These guys were top notch..small town dealership that truly cares about each potential customer that walks through their doors. They offered me a great price on my 2015 F250 on a trade and I ended up buying a 2018 F250 from them! Not to mention the new truck was close to 200 miles away, working on a deal and not having the truck present was nerve racking..I went to about 6 other dealerships in a month window and none of the other dealerships did what these guys did. Bait n switch Had an appointment to look at a used truck that I found on their web site, when I arrived instead of the vehicle I had discussed buying over the phone Had an appointment to look at a used truck that I found on their web site, when I arrived instead of the vehicle I had discussed buying over the phone; they had a truck that was ready for the scrap yard setting in front of the entry way and tried to sell me that truck instead of the one I went to see. When I asked to see the truck that i had arranged to see and had gone as far as securing financing on, I was informed that they couldn't sell me the original truck because the mileage had been turned back. After speaking with the salesman back and forth over the last four days, never once did he mention this fact. After finding out I had been mislead; I started to leave the dealership. As I was leaving they kept trying to sell me something I didn't want as well especially the rust bucket parked by the door. More
