I came in for my first oil change on my Honda pilot. Darren McDonald had great customer service and was very helpful and understanding from the time I got there to the time I left. He saw I had a newborn and was very patient with me getting her out of the car and made sure I didn't feel rushed. Once my car was finished, he made sure the car was ready for me to load her back in. He also made sure that I was able to get her settled in while he finished the paperwork and brought it straight out to me. He is a very kind man and it meant the world to me since I was there alone with her. I appreciate the extra steps he took to help me. This is my second time at this location. The first time was for a recall(system update). Both times have been great! I only hope it continues each time I go in for service. Thank you Bryan Honda! I wish I was able to buy my car from you all but had to drive to Hickory for the exact model I wanted. While I didn't buy it at Bryan Honda, they still treat their customers with the best service possible. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a Honda. More
