I've bought 2 new cars from this dealership. I took one of them in because my regular service place said I had a bad TPMS (tire pressure sensor). Only Toyota seems to be able to replace them as I took one of them in because my regular service place said I had a bad TPMS (tire pressure sensor). Only Toyota seems to be able to replace them as even other places I called said that only Toyota could do it. So I did. They claimed 3 sensors were bad. Three failed within days of each other? What's the chances of that? No way to prove it one way or the other because once they have the car, they can claim anything they want is wrong and there is no way to tell the truth. I'll never buy another new car from them. I can't trust them. More
Supplied 2 outsourced HID headlights. Easler Toyota stated they didn't fit and sold me one at $150. plus installation fee. Questioned what happened to one of my bulbs that I supplied when I went to ret stated they didn't fit and sold me one at $150. plus installation fee. Questioned what happened to one of my bulbs that I supplied when I went to return them for a refund but they couldn't tell me what happened to it and were rude and obnoxious. The "new" bulb was dimmer than the old one that I didn't replace so I went to another dealership to do a diagnostic test to know exactly what is wrong with it. Found the missing bulb that I had supplied in the drivers side and no "new" bulb that I paid for in the passenger side. Easler Toyota wouldn't send the other dealership the paperwork to get it under warranty so I had them install the parts I supplied Easler Toyota in the first place. Easler Toyota in Hendersonville is still denying any fraudulent actions, even lying under oath two times and created false documents to support the lies. Toyota headquarters will not hold their dealerships responsible for quality control, sorry about my luck. Who wants to litigate when it costs more than the part is worth? More
Check Engine Light continues to come on. They did very expensive repairs, but within a week the Check Engine light is on again. They re-ran diagnostics, the results of which said there was still a proble expensive repairs, but within a week the Check Engine light is on again. They re-ran diagnostics, the results of which said there was still a problem (same issue as before). Instead of investigating further, or double checking their repairs, they dismissed it and sent us home. Do they stand by their work or not? Why run diagnostics if they are not going to follow up on the results? In my opinion, Dismissing the issue & sending us to continue driving with warning light on is irresponsible. Getting second opinion from another dealer. More
I have a Toyota handicapped Sienna that I have serviced at your dealership. I would like to give a 5 star rating to one of the gentlemen in your service department. I believe his name is Zack but you would at your dealership. I would like to give a 5 star rating to one of the gentlemen in your service department. I believe his name is Zack but you would know him by his great smile. He is ALWAYS considerate, helpful, and knowledgeable—explains issues to me, opens service waiting room door for me, and brings my van back when done to location that I can access the ramp easily. I am always pleased when I am able to deal with him! More
One of the salesmen came into the waiting room and while speaking with a customer made a very offensive joke about a minority. Called him out but no comment speaking with a customer made a very offensive joke about a minority. Called him out but no comment More
