I arrived on time for scheduled maintenance work. On arrival two women behind one counter; two men behind the other. All of a sudden in a loud voice, one of the men said, if you stand by your car, they will see that you are waiting. I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in the tone used and felt that this could have been avoided if I was given clear instructions when I first approached the service counter. The rest of my visit was uneventful but I went away feeling annoyed due to the way I was spoken to. More
