I came in to specifically get a recalled issue with my vehicle fixed. I was assured a week out it would be available. I also scheduled an oil change as well to get it done at the same time. I arrived at 9:45 and got checked in. The vehicle was not ready until 11:45am and then they advised me they didn’t actually have the part for the recall. The only reason I went to the dealer was for the recall fix. At no time was it mentioned they wouldn’t have the part until they were finished. I would have brought my vehicle to a much closer, quicker, and cheaper location if I just needed an oil change. More

Slow - you make appointments then finally 45 minutes later you see they have moved your car to change oil. Done in 30 minutes. If they were on time. I purchased 4 tires on sale during an event. Buy 3 tires get 4th for $1. When I submitted the General Tire rebate form, I was told the 4th tire was free so I did not qualify for the $100 rebate. I just purchased my second vehicle from Bryan Easler Toyota and it was just as smooth and transparent as my Tundra a couple of years ago! I sourced and purchased a new RAV4 for my daughter that had exac Toyota and it was just as smooth and transparent as my Tundra a couple of years ago! I sourced and purchased a new RAV4 for my daughter that had exactly the options she wanted and priced accordingly! I drove from Charleston and everything was ready for signatures and delivery was very expeditious. Stephanie (owner), Mike (finance) and Jim (delivery) were all very helpful and genuinely nice during our visit while respectful of our time!
