I am very impressed by this company. The flow of the service department is impeccable—proving the management is on the ball. Refreshments and the waiting room could do with a makeover—find a way to be imaginative and stand out there as well. I took the car to get an oil change on Thursday. Did not receive a video, as stated by tech. Sunday the left front undercarriage shield falls down and drags on highway as I was going 65mph on I-26. Thankfully I was close to an exit before it completely fell off. I took the car in on Monday. The tech assured me they would put it back on and it would stay. It was half off when I got home. I (60 year old woman) got underneath the car to look. NO clips were on to hold it in place!! I will fix it myself. More
