They sold me a 2011 Highlander with a transmission that makes a loud whining noise. This dealership adamantly (illegally discriminated against us by denying us the right to apply for a loan in order to intentionally crook us out of a $500 rebate The sales person informed us he would walk off and refuse to sell us the truck before allowing us to apply for a loan! They also lied to us was about fixing damage that was on the new truck Interior (PRIOR) to purchasing. They never fixed the damaged interior. The company refused to reply to the GENERAL ATTORNEY’S office complaint! They replied to BBB with lies by stating we did not mention the rebate until over a month after purchase. They never said a word about the interior damage they promised to repair which was never met. WE EXPERIENCED VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS MISCONDUCT! More
I've bought 2 new cars from this dealership. I took one of them in because my regular service place said I had a bad TPMS (tire pressure sensor). Only Toyota seems to be able to replace them as I took one of them in because my regular service place said I had a bad TPMS (tire pressure sensor). Only Toyota seems to be able to replace them as even other places I called said that only Toyota could do it. So I did. They claimed 3 sensors were bad. Three failed within days of each other? What's the chances of that? No way to prove it one way or the other because once they have the car, they can claim anything they want is wrong and there is no way to tell the truth. I'll never buy another new car from them. I can't trust them. More

Furthermore, the way the entire dealership (Sales, Finance, Technical Representative, and Delivery Specialist) treated me and my wife was representative of their team effort to earn my business today and in the future. The transaction was okay but it wasn't as smooth as I feel it could have been. I have used Brian Easler continuously for service since purchasing the vehicle. They work you in within a reasonable amount of time if you don't have an appointment and are very fair in their pricing. I do not feel that I have ever been taken advantage of or overcharged for any service I have had done at their location. Still on the topic of service, on two instances I have experienced some service issues that were very inconvenient. Both times involved oil leaks with one of those times leading to a tow back to Toyota. Both were very novice mistakes that could and likely would happen to most anyone beginning in the field. Both instances were resolved promptly and the situations were well managed by their service staff without any major incident. The service staff do not discriminate against the sex of the patron, which is a welcome change in comparison to some of the shops I have visited. Staff from start to end are all friendly and customer service is spot on. Thanks for being fair and reasonable. More

You can't go wrong with either of these guys...honest, customer driven, dedicated family men that won't waste your time. They have decades of experience in the car business in regards to all makes, but obviously you can't go wrong with Toyotas...I mean they're Toyotas.
