Excellent service process and customer care. Being able to see the live video of the multipoint inspection is very cool. Standard serving was very fast. I appreciate the lounge with work space, coffee, teas, and hot chocolate. I would have given it 5-stars but the price is unfortunately not competitive with the quick lube kind of places. Seems to me they should be able to give this quality of service for less, but I suspect that (presumably) having factory-trained mechanics is what jacks up the price. More

Kaila from the Service Department was very helpful and professional. She explained what was done to our vehicles and answered all our questions. The waiting area is spacious with comfortable chairs.
