My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. Once dealership learned I was from another state I was told they wasn't allowed to sale to me. I made the mistake of inquiring online about a car giving my number and email. I was then bombarded! Calls non-stop. I worried about this and gave a fake number but they used caller ID and kept calling until my number and email. I was then bombarded! Calls non-stop. The sales girl said that she would continue emailing me daily until I respond. It was as if I had a stalker. I responded saying that I felt them pressuring me and it was pushing me away from the dealership. Her response?…”when can I expect you today?” (Ignoring my request). Come to find out they didn’t even HAVE the car I inquired about! It had been sold and they simply were trying to get me there to hard sell me on something else. I spoke to my brother-in-law who was in the market for a truck. He said they swarmed him and my sister doing everything to prevent them from leaving to the point he became frustrated and just walked out having two people follow him in the parking lot (one knocking on his window as he began driving). Needless to say he bought a 50k Chevy right down the road. You are better off choosing a different brand unless you go to a different Toyota dealership. I HIGHLY recommend NOT going here. As for me…I ended up using Carvana to avoid high pressure sales people (the commercial nailed it). More

Do not trust them at all for service. They will over-sell you on stuff you do not need and overcharge you while doing it. He clearly was trying to take advantage of me being a college student and did not expect me to do my own research. I have had only good experiences with Toyota dealerships except for the BCS one. I know its easy to take it there, but unless you want to overpay I would not I were you. Shady service from people just trying to make a quick buck. Quick service to scam you quicker. More
The management of this dealership does not care about the health of its employees or customers. I went in to the service department merely to have my hybrid and auxiliary batteries tested. I got out of my health of its employees or customers. I went in to the service department merely to have my hybrid and auxiliary batteries tested. I got out of my car and looked around at all the service techs coming and going. Not a one had on a mask! I spoke about this to a manager and he was not wearing a mask. In the service department office there was no social distancing whatever. People were passing each other up close and within their personal spaces. Every customer I saw come in was wearing a mask. Apparently the customers care more about themselves, their families, and the employees of Bryan College Station Toyota than the employees and management care about us. I was livid! Because of this, I could not enter the building to wait in an air-conditioned space. I called the general manager the next day and he claimed that he could not force his employees to wear a mask, even though this ensures the safety of the customers. The number of positive Covid-9 cases are on the rise in Brazos County and in the state of Texas. He went on to claim that some customers complained about dealing with a masked tech. The way to handle that is to inform them that it was for THEIR protection, as well as the protection of the employee and his family at home, that masks are mandated. What a wimp of a manager! I stand by my rating and my assessment of the deplorable conditions a customer is forced to endure by dropping into this dealership. I feel that if I can save even one life by this review and rating (I would give it a minus-10 if I could), it is worth my time to post it. More
