I've been coming to this dealership for 10 years. I got my first car here in 2016, then a second lease in 2019 which I bought out, and then bought my last car here a few weeks back. Between those car I got my first car here in 2016, then a second lease in 2019 which I bought out, and then bought my last car here a few weeks back. Between those cars, I've gotten service here and had lovely experiences. David Dang in the service section waits on me basically every time I come in. He's kind, polite, and approachable, the definition of professional. 5/5 Nelson Cabrera: The salesperson who worked with me during my last buying experience. Again, very pleasant, personable, and didn't make us feel less than, which was a concern coming in as two women. However, once the card was swiped, we weren't kept updated very well on what was taking so long. 4/5 Bill Hawkins: The finance manager working solo at the end of a month during a special due to his colleague out on leave after a baby. He read the room that we were hungry and just ready to leave, and he got us through quickly. Did the best with what he was given, and was pleasant 4/5 Rick Kinkopf: Operations Manager. The last stop. Where Bill read the room, this man was blind. Told the two of us we "should be smiling" because we "just got a new car." Tried to upsell us in the 4th quarter with a flyer so photocopied over you couldn't read it. When we said "no" he responded "You don't even know what you're saying no to yet." Yes, he was the last obstacle on this hours long process, but he left a horrid taste in both our mouths. Needs remediation. 2/5 Overall, love this facility, but there are opportunities for improvement. As long as I live in Cleveland, I will continue to be a customer. More
