Before going here I had the car checked out by a mechanic and he told me the code of 606 ECM was the issue. I told this to the dealership and they said OK, it will still be $105 to check it out and if I fix the car that cost would be rolled into the repair. They told me a coil needed to be replaced for $248. After picking up the car and driving for 2.5 days and about 100 miles all lights came back on again! When I took it back they now told me the O2 sensor was bad, $500 to fix. When I picked up the car and looked at the bill the code was 606 O2 sensor. When I called to complain to Mike he listened and then said he would look into it. That is the last I heard from this dealership regarding my issue. I had been taking my truck here for oil changes but no more. Please shop else where and what ever you do don't have you car fixed here or you will pay for items that may not need fixed! More
14 Cars and counting Just picked up my 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude 4X4. It's the 14th car I've purchased from Brunswick Auto Mart since 1992. My salesman, Chuck Brady is a wonderful, honest man. He's sort of retired now, only coming in when one of his old customers needs a car. I call him, tell him what I need and what I can afford, two days later I'm driving out of the dealership a happy man. Sales and service with a smile. Chuck in finance was great as well. No other dealership in NE Ohio can do for a customer what Brunswick does. I will never go anywhere else. I've read the other reviews and quite frankly don't understand them. Things happen. Give them a chance and you won't be sorry. More
Non disclosure of used car issues I bought a used Toyota from them and when I went up to get car serviced two days later the service tech had a list of known issues wrong with the car. I bought a used Toyota from them and when I went up to get car serviced two days later the service tech had a list of known issues wrong with the car. They did not disclose them and now the cost to get fixed is triple the price of the car!!!! Cannot afford to repair it. They lied right to my face and did not disclose the known major issues!! The car cannot pass emissions!! These people should not be in business do not buy from them!!!!! More
Great experience, highly recommend A pleasant and surprisingly painless experience purchasing a new Tiguan! The car and the price were agreed upon over phone/email ahead of time, which made the process even quicker. The salesman, Andy B., seemed very straight-forward and transparent - frankly, that ended up being the deciding factor for me between Brunswick and another dealer. Andy really went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Will definitely come back and recommend to others! More
The "Sales Manager" and staff in the Toyota Showroom were horrible. They were unable to provide me with any general information about pricing, and instead tried to force me into a high-pressur Showroom were horrible. They were unable to provide me with any general information about pricing, and instead tried to force me into a high-pressure negotiation situation. The Sales Manager was VERY rude, domineering, manipulative, and insulting. I was completely shocked by his behavior. Nothing he said was helpful or intelligent or made any sense, he was just trying to control me with manipulative sales tactics and his domineering, overpowering personality. The way he talked to me was demeaning and insulting. At one point, he looked me up and down at what I was wearing and made some comparison between shopping for clothes and shopping for a car... this was his reasoning for why he couldn't give me any general pricing information, he said I needed to decide that I really wanted it first before he could give me any pricing information. It didn't even make any sense and his behavior was completely juvenile, rude, and inappropriate. A total lack of self awareness. Completely awful experience from the very first minute onward. At no point during my visit, did anybody there provide me with any useful information or help me to understand what the possibilities were. If the Manager was acting this poorly, I have to imagine that this is the tone for the entire establishment. Two team members worked together with sneaky tactics to trap me in the showroom and force me into a situation that I wasn't interested in engaging in to begin with. They just wasted my time. I came to check out the cars and get some general information, but was unable to do either, because the staff was on my back and hanging on me from the moment I walked in.... which might have been ok if they were interested in being helpful and providing the information I was looking for, but nobody provided any helpful information at any point. Instead, I was manipulated into a situation with a very rude, domineering man who was demeaning, insulting, and not interested in helping me as a customer. I was beyond disappointed and will never return to Brunswick Auto Mart after this experience, particularly the Toyota division. I will buy my new car elsewhere and do not recommend anyone go there, not even just to look, they will jump on your back and not leave you alone - like a pack of hyenas. The Sales Manager in the Toyota showroom was rude, insulting, and practiced incredibly manipulative sales tactics, he's more interested in dominating you than helping you. Beyond poor experience. I don't recommend even going into the Toyota showroom.... BEWARE. More
My husband and I bought a Dodge Challenger from Tom at Brunswick Auto Mart 2 years ago with no problem at all. We thought we would upgrade to the Challenger SRT8. We had gone to other dealers just findi Brunswick Auto Mart 2 years ago with no problem at all. We thought we would upgrade to the Challenger SRT8. We had gone to other dealers just finding one to test drive became nearly impossible. We found one at another dealer but they didn't seem to want to do business with us so we went back to Tom and he had us test driving one in minutes. Well lets rewind a little when we first stepped foot in the dealer we had a salesmen greet us and ask how he could help. We explained and since he knew we had done business with Tom in the past he had Tom help us out. So anyways we test drove the car but we were looking for a certain color and style so he started his search...he found one in Michigan. They had someone from their dealer drive in a snow storm to pick up our new car. We had it in 2 days. Not to mention the Service Department- Robert did everything he could to answer all our maintenance questions. Then we got to the financing part-Bryan was more than willing to help answer all our questions. Brunswick Auto Mart is an excellent place to purchase a car and have repairs done. I would not go anywhere else! More
Terry was amazing. Went in with bad credit and expected to be told they could not finance me . She made sure I found a new car I liked and even got me into a lease which I never thought possible . She wen to be told they could not finance me . She made sure I found a new car I liked and even got me into a lease which I never thought possible . She went above and beyond !!! I would recommend everyone going to her. I couldn't believe I left there with a monthly payment 150 dollars less then I expected based off having poor credit. Extremely grateful ! More

Started off looking at used cars and made the choice to move into new cars. Found a great Toyota with a reasonable monthly payment.
