I own a 2009 Jetta TDI that I purchased from Medina Volkswagen. I drive a lot of miles (42,000 / year) and have had the vehicle serviced at many different dealerships. I was involved in an accident that did little cosmetic damage but required $6,000 in mechanical repairs. I had it towed to Medina World Cars where Allen worked with my insurance company on the claim and to be sure it was handled quickly and completely. Allen communicated the progress daily and reassured me that the repairs would be done thoroughly. When I picked the car up, the mechanic reviewed the repairs with me and me feel comfortable. Several weeks later, I had a major fuel system malfunction and again had the vehicle towed to Medina. Allen worked with VW to cover the repairs and again communicated effectively every step of the way. Medina World Cars provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being performed. Their concern and communication was perfect. More
Medina World Cars is the few dealerships that are family owned. Unlike the ripoff scam artists such as Ganley. Ever since the horrible experience I had with Ganley, I made sure the dealership was worthy. Al owned. Unlike the ripoff scam artists such as Ganley. Ever since the horrible experience I had with Ganley, I made sure the dealership was worthy. Allen is great, always gives great service and never trys to push anything that you don't need for your car. I've invested over 3,000 into my car and everything is what I would expect. The rewards program is also something others claim to so call "have" but don't even come close. This dealership is a 5 star dealership and is definately a place I would recommend to anyone owning either a volkswagen or Mazda, which is right next door. More
I have bought several vehicles from Brunswick Auto Mart, and, in my opinion, drive a considerable distance to do so. In sales, I have worked with Ryan and Chris, two very polite, diligently working fella and, in my opinion, drive a considerable distance to do so. In sales, I have worked with Ryan and Chris, two very polite, diligently working fellas. They work hard to make a sale that both satisfies all persons involved. They take the time to make sure that the buyer is completely satified. They are both extremely professional and accommodating and have never used any pressure tactics to make a sale. Contrary... at times we all share a laugh or two! They actually make buying a car from them very enjoyable. At times it can be a challenge, but that's part of the business. I highly recommend these gentlemen for the purchase of a new vehicle from Brunswick Auto Mart. The service department has my same recommendation. I was greeted by Jonathan who listened to my request. Within minutes the service order was completed and forwarded to Dominic, who completed the service. The work was completed as professionally as they were towards me. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. What a felling of confidence! I have to believe the Pantek family is proud of the mentioned employees and their establishment. I know I'm proud to have met them. I've been bringing me Mazda6 to Medina World Cars for service since I purchased it in 2005. I have always been overwhelmed with the incredible customer service I receive. I am greeted by name, asked what service since I purchased it in 2005. I have always been overwhelmed with the incredible customer service I receive. I am greeted by name, asked what my car needs, and enjoy pleasant conversations with the service manager, the receptionist, and even the salesman who sold my car to me 6 years ago. One of the things I appreciate as a college student (and now recent graduate) is a headsup when my car is nearing a large repair. When the battery died a few months ago, I was able to pinpoint a conversation6 months prior warning that the battery was low and I should be prepared that it might not make it through winter and definitely would not last until the summer. They were right--and I was prepared. I had always imagined owning my own car would be a nightmare--my experience here has proven the exact opposite. :) More

After searching for weeks for the right new (or used) Mazda I stumbled across this dealership online. They had far more cars in stock of the model I was looking for than other dealers in my area. The Mazda I stumbled across this dealership online. They had far more cars in stock of the model I was looking for than other dealers in my area. They also had "Internet" prices listed on their website that were several thousand lower than listed prices for comparable cars in my area. I lined up my financing over the phone before making the drive and once at the dealership everything went very smoothly and there were no surprises. Overall it was a very smooth buying experience, quick and friendly and I got a great car and for a better price than I likely could have haggled for at another dealership. More

It has been a constant battle with them to get simple warranty work done. The attitude of the service department is that somehow they are doing you a favor when they do warranty work. I would never purchase another Mazda or anything from them. Believe it or not but don't say you weren't warned. More

I just purchased a used Buick Century from them about 4 months ago. It is a nightmare car. I went in to this dealer b/c I received a coupon in the mail for $700 more for my trade. SCAM. I only got $200 months ago. It is a nightmare car. I went in to this dealer b/c I received a coupon in the mail for $700 more for my trade. SCAM. I only got $200. It took FOREVER to find me a car! I told the lady what I wanted and she kept showing me everything OPPOSITE of what I was looking for. When I did like something she showed me, for some reason or another they couldn't sell it to me? I felt like they pressured me into this Buick that I disliked. But it was low milage and since I drive far to work my boyfriend said I would be silly to pass it up. I wanted to think about it but the lady said she wouldn't let me leave the lot in the car I was driving now. My boyfriend was crabby b/c we had been at the dealer for 6 HOURS at that point. So, I just bought the Buick so I could get out of there as it was the only car that they were going to sell me. Not even 2 weeks after buying the car the battery went. I had to replace that and so I decided to check out KBB to see what it said my car was worth. I found out that I paid over DOUBLE what the car is worth! I totally feel bamboozled and like an idiot. I even cried in the saleroom trying to find me a loan b/c they said that they could only give me a loan that I had to pay on every 2 weeks which would cost me $367/mo on a car that is 10 years old!! Now, 4 months later I have the car in the shop for warranty repairs. Because they have to go in and lower the sub frame a lot of bushings and lines rusted out and crumbled apart so on a warranty repair I am out over $600 due to rusted parts that broke and needed to be replaced that the warranty company will not cover. Not only that there is a leaking strut that is going to cost me another $650 to repair. The repair shop did say that the strut was something the dealer should have caught, but I'm sure now that it's been 4 months they're going to tell me to take a hike. Never will I recommend this dealer to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They are scam artists. More
