Terry Dorsey took the time to find out what I really wanted in the jeep I was looking for. He also worked very hard to get me an extra $3000 for my trade in. the dealership also respected the price I w wanted in the jeep I was looking for. He also worked very hard to get me an extra $3000 for my trade in. the dealership also respected the price I was trying to negotiate for the new vehicle I was looking to purchase. They were evening willing to find a vehicle that was not on their lot for me to purchase. This is my fourth vehicle purchased from the Brunswick Auto Mart and I will continue to travel to the west side to do future business with this company. I recommend any and all future buyers to work with either Terry Dorsey on the Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler side or Ron Kula on the Subaru side for future Purchases. Sincerely Kenneth Tilly More
Unbelievable! Never in my life have I have been more appalled with a dealership. My wife and I went to here interested in purchasing a Used Subaru on June 18th in the afternoon. A rather large man greeted us in the parking lot after sometime, the "salesman," and inquired about our intentions. We responded we were interested in the Subaru Forester, and asked about a particular vehicle we had seen online. Shortly thereafter, my wife asked about a VW Tiguan we walked by, and this so-called "salesman" says, "Oh, that is out of your price range." Hmm, strange we hadn't even mentioned any figures whatsoever. So, even though I was taken aback by his blatant assumption that we could not afford such a car, I requested to take a Forester for a Test Drive. This seemed to be the logical step, as we have been planning on purchasing this vehicle for sometime. Again, the "salesman" sneered, " Well, let's make sure the vehicle is one your going to buy, and we just don't let people take joy rides." Huh? Come again? I was flabbergasted, shocked, amazed, disgusted and appalled. Within the few minutes I was in contact with this "salesman," he is going to undermine my ability to buy the car and talk down to me like I am a bum. I have never been so enraged when trying to make a purchase. I am the customer, a guest and a potential client, and this is how I am treated??? I would strongly discourage anyone from using BRUNSWICK AUTO MART, unless you wanted to be treated like a second class citizen. As I walked away shocked, I said to this "salesman," "You must not sell many cars." And again, full of arrogance he retorted, "I'm one of the best here." Well that is a shame! According to their website, they won the Subaru Stellar Care Award in 2012..... How? Please don't let this bogus accolades fool you. Clearly it is not about treating their customers with respect and dignity. Please, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for your next vehicle. I can't imagine it can be any worse than at this xxxx poor dealership. More
My dealer worked with me for awhile to get me into a car. I was quite a task for him but he stayed positive and helpful the whole time. I now have a 2006 Camry that I love! First off let me say i have not soo good credit and jay helped me into a new vehicle that i thought i wouldnt be able to get since all the other dealers in my area east of cleveland would not i would have helped me into a new vehicle that i thought i wouldnt be able to get since all the other dealers in my area east of cleveland would not i would have to say as for a dealership they put me first in customer experiance it was the best pleastent to work with none of the feelings like i wasnt good enough for them they are a top rated dealer as far as i am concerened i would give them a 5 star rating any day..... if you need help getting a car they are the ones to help you they go outa there way to make you feel like family an do everything in there power to put you in a car. as they did for me. I purchased my car at Brunswick Auto Mart in August of 2012. It is a 2009 Subaru Forester and I Love it!! I noticed in May when I turned on the Air Conditioner it was only blowing air from outside 2012. It is a 2009 Subaru Forester and I Love it!! I noticed in May when I turned on the Air Conditioner it was only blowing air from outside and no cold air. I called Brunswick Auto and explained I bought the Car there less than a year ago and I inquired if my warranty was over. It turned out the warranty that would cover the cost to fix the air conditioner was over. I explained I had been laid off my job for 5 months an if I would have to pay to fix the air conditioner I would have to wait until I obtained another job. When I brought it in for them to look at they told me there was a tiny hole where the freon is stored and it was leaking out. They temporarily fixed if for me because it was so warm that week and because I was not able to leave the car there the 3 hours it would take to fix it as I have no other drivers in the house. They scheduled an appointment for me the next week when a loaner car would be available and they said they would fix my air conditioner for NO CHARGE!! I was so happy and thankful since I had no job.(It saved me over $300). I feel they provided human kindness to me which is so rare these days from a big business. This is what I call GREAT customer service. They went the extra mile for me and did not charge me either since I had the car less than a year which means they stand behind their business and their work. This is how to create a loyal customer base. Would I buy my next car from Brunswick Auto Mart--YOU BET!!! Will I go to Auto Mart for future service on my car--SURE WILL. Will I tell all my friends and relatives about this great experience--ABSOLUTELY!! I do not give good reviews lightly and when I do it says a lot. THANK YOU AUTO MART!! STATEMENT: INITIAL CONTACT WITH BRUNSWICK AUTOMART WAS VIA E-BAY REGARDING POSSIBLE VIEWED JEEP LIBERTY PURCHASE/TRADE. BRUNSWICK CALLED ME AND TOLD ME "THAT VEHICLE" WAS NOT AVAILABLE, BUT ANOTHER ONE W VIA E-BAY REGARDING POSSIBLE VIEWED JEEP LIBERTY PURCHASE/TRADE. BRUNSWICK CALLED ME AND TOLD ME "THAT VEHICLE" WAS NOT AVAILABLE, BUT ANOTHER ONE WAS. THEN THE 2ND VEHICLE WAS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE, BUT A 3RD ONE WAS. I TOLD BRUNSWICK MY 2006 JEEP WAS IN "AVERAGE CONDITION FOR 115,000+ MILES, NO LIENS, NO ACCIDENTS". VIA MANY PHONE CALLS AND E-MAIL MESSAGES, AN AGREEMENT WAS MADE. BRUNSWICK WOULD TAKE THE TRADE-IN(2006 JEEP) AND HAVE A DRIVER BRING A 2012 JEEP LIBERTY SIGHT UNSEEN TO PITTSBURGH, PA, FROM OHIO. I REQUESTED TO DRIVE THE 2006 JEEP TO BRUNSWICK FOR REVIEW, BUT WAS TURNED DOWN. THE "BONDED DRIVER" WOULD HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS WITH HIM READY TO SIGN. WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVED, HE PRESENTED TWO DIFFERENT PURCHASE ORDER AMOUNTS AND THE DRIVER WAS TOLD "NOT TO GIVE ME ANY DOCUMENTS". SO, THE 2012 JEEP LIBERTY WAS DELIVERED TO PITTSBURGH, PA, AND THE 2006 JEEP WAS DRIVEN BACK TO BRUNSWICK AUTOMART. BRUNSWICK PROCEEDED TO CALL ME TELLING ME I HAD MISREPRESENTED THE TRADE-IN. THE A/C AND BRAKES AND INTERIOR WERE WORN OUT. I HAD EVEN RECOMMENDED THAT BRUNSWICK NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE BACK TO OHIO, BUT THAT WAS TURNED DOWN. Yesterday, May 29, I visited to look for a replacement for my wife's Toyota Camry. Phil provided expert guidance and detailed answers. Though I consumed the majority of his day, I finally settled on a vehicle and Phil quickly shepherded me through the lease turn-in process and the sales process. At every step, he represented the dealership with professionalism and was diligent to ensure we received the best possible deal on our new vehicle. He is an excellent salesman at a great dealership. My experience with Phil is just one example of why I have purchased or leased 6 vehicles from Brunswick Auto Mart in the last 15 years.
