I have purchased a Toyota Highlander and referred several friends who all made the deal with Rich and Brian. They are the best and offer the best price as they can beat any price. I got the best quotes for them to work out and they have always beaten them and provided prompt delivery of the vehicle without any issue. During drive test my wife realized that interior color was too dark so she wanted different color with brighter interior. Karen found a nice Satin Pearl White w/Light Grey interior for us. It was same model with all the options we needed at no extra cost (some dealers charge extra $250 for white color). Karen was very knowledgeable and professional sales person! She did everything possible to keep us as customers for years ahead! Absolutely no pressure selling! She spent plenty of time to explain all the features of our new vehicle, paired Bluetooth, and answered all our questions. It wasn't just about a sale! Called dealer to see if they had the model year of the van we wanted (many dealers were sold out). They said yes,but all I saw online was black. I'd prefer any color besides white or black. I was asked to give him the morning and he'd see what he could do. He called back and informed me that they found one and cold get it by 2pm. We showed up bought the van hassle free and have been happy since. Our only regret is we no longer lived close enough to use their service dept., we moved an hour away. I drove by 3 other Chrysler dealerships to get to Brunswick that day. The others wanted full MSRP since they only had 1 or two left. I have since referred others for Jeep's, Toyota's and Chrysler's all ended up buying at Brunswick and ALL have left happy about price and service More

We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time. Unfortunately this was done remotely. We were VERY specific about what we were looking for (both for the T&C van and the Patriot Jeep), including model, engine (du this was done remotely. We were VERY specific about what we were looking for (both for the T&C van and the Patriot Jeep), including model, engine (due to the amount of miles my wife drives the van and that I wanted a standard Jeep), accessories, etc. - the only thing we weren't too concerned about was color. Karen claimed she found the vehicles, though would have to do the Jeep's heated leather seats "after-market". We had to put a $1000 deposit on each vehicle for them to get them and begin the work on the Jeep. They made arrangements to bring us the van (Jeep would take longer as the seats had to be done) which was great given it was a 2.5 hour drive. However, NONE of the documentation or pieces/parts were in the van (e.g. documentation on what was in the van, headsets for DVD, etc.). We had to make arrangements for them to be ready the following weekend when we were to pick up the jeep. On the way to pick up the jeep I asked my wife about the gas mileage and it was all wrong. We questioned this when we got to the dealership and found that they had given us a van with the wrong engine. We went round and round (even debating on walking out on the jeep and fighting for our deposit back) but they claimed they were going to get us coupons for multiple years worth of vehicle service for both vehicles as compensation. We went ahead and proceeded. Those coupons have never materialized. We have contacted the salesperson, who again promised but neglected to get them for us; the sales manager, who neglected to do anything about the issue; Chrysler's regional VP, who was very understanding and apologetic but said they couldn't control what the dealership did and they would have to be the ones to fix it; and left messages for an owner at Brunswick but received no callback. The only person who called back was one of their managers (after Chrysler called them) and he basically said "you're just a disgruntle customer and there's nothing we can do". As of today, many months later, I have received absolutely NOTHING from them (except sales letters asking for more business). They not only delivered an incorrect vehicle, but did it in such a way that we couldn't verify the vehicle before taking possession (no sticker or vehicle inventory). Additionally they failed to follow through on subsequent promises. It was simply delaying lie after delaying lie throughout the process. I would never recommend this dealership and have told MANY friends/family about this incident so they can take their business elsewhere. It is disappointing when a company has to deceive customers and then not follow-through with their own remedies when caught. More
I had an awesome experience everyone was friendly and straight to the point it was a lil more than I wanted to pay but I would definitely go back to them for my next car!!!! My wife and I had an excellent experience with Jacob Kash at Brunswick Automart and the rest of the team there! They had a wide selection of vehicles to choose from and Jacob kept us at a realistic number a at Brunswick Automart and the rest of the team there! This would have been our third vehicle to be purchased at Brunswick. I negotiated a deal and they had to order the truck as they did not have one in stock. I put a 500.00 deposit down on the truck. They told me I could expect the vehicle the week of Christmas. It did not come, but I was in no hurry so it did not matter. On December 28th we left for a week vacation that we had planned for months. Brunswick called me on the 29th so say the truck just arrived. I told them we would be in as soon as we returned from our trip. Two minutes later the manager Terry called angry saying that she never would have approved the deal if it was not to be complete prior to the end of the year. I told her we never discussed anything like that. She said then we do not have a deal and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I gave her three days to call me back and she never did, so I called another Toyota deal and negotiated another deal. I had to pay 300.00 more, but I agreed. Another manager from Brunswick called me on January 3rd to see if we could work something out, but I had already made a deal with another dealership the day before. They tried to get me to switch back to them and in good faith I could not go back on a deal even if I had to pay extra. I asked for my 500.00 deposit back and he said he would refund my money. That was January 3rd and I did not get that refund until just last week which was Febuary 16th. I had to make several repeat calls to get the refund. It was not until I threatened to get an attorney that I finally got the refund. I had put the deposit on a credit card, so refunding it to the credit card should have only taken 24 hours. I went to Montrose Toyota and had a great experience. Kind in mind that Brunswick would NOT trade vehicles with Montrose because they knew the truck would be going to us. I did nothing wrong and just because we were away and they did not make a quota is not my problem. More
I almost made a huge mistake and purchased from another dealership! I had been looking for a new Jetta at a few different places. I had a proposal from one dealership that I thought was a good deal...until I stumbled across the price from Medina Volkswagen! Wow! They were significantly cheaper than everywhere else. I was skeptical at first, until I spoke with Andy. He assured me the price was for real, and I could immediately tell from his demeanor and confidence that he was telling me the truth! And of course he was! I love the Jetta, love the deal I got, and will surely be back to buy from these guys again! No games at all...soooo refreshing! More
