Stephen really took the time to help us through the process (as we were completely new to Subaru and knew almost nothing about the company). He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Subaru models and features! IF there is a question he did not know, he researched and found the answer and then, most importantly, shared it with us in a timely fashion. Stephen, though he did not have to as we were going to buy anyway, went out of his way to locate us a hidden $500 discount that we would never have known about. On top of this, when my wife asked for Subaru swag (t-shirt and hat) he said yes. We later found out Stephen went above and beyond by purchasing this out of his own pocket. It was not supplied by the dealership. This is someone who is TRULY committed to his Customers and has THEIR best interest at heart!!! I have a new car (1 year old) and now I am already shopping for a Subaru to purchase. Stephen is helping us with this as well. Though we have not utilized the service center yet, Stephen took us on a tour of the check-in area (and process), waiting area, amenities, etc. Service after the sale is extremely important to us and we are not at all worried about the service provided to us. The only recommendation I could provide to the Service Department would be to upgrade the snacks and drink area. The drink machine and snacks of Ganley Honda in North Olmsted (see Hazmo for sales) was way more advanced. More
