Bill Wall was extremely helpful throughout the multi-visit process of numerous test drives and comparisons against the many SUVs on the market today from other manufacturers. Readily beat the price of several other Subaru dealers without any arm twisting. Bill's extremely thorough walkthrough of the car's many features sure beat poring over the user manual. (The "Vehicle brand" choices below did not list "Subaru"....so I chose "Ram" in order to submit the survey.) More

Salesman Chris Walsh took care of all the details and the finance dept went overboard to make deal work with as little pain as possible to me... they even took over dealing with insurance company on the final disposition of the Jeep that was destroyed. terrible service department Service extremely slow. Took car in on a Monday for a check engine light. Did not get the car back until Friday. It was only my battery. 220 dolla Service extremely slow.
