Oil & filter change and rotate tires. Oil and filter was changed and hopefully tires rotated,but not all fluids were checked or topped up. When I got home windshield washer fluid was almo Oil and filter was changed and hopefully tires rotated,but not all fluids were checked or topped up. When I got home windshield washer fluid was almost empty. Makes me wonder if any of the other fluids were checked? Yes I am a little disappointed. Great Jeep service. I scheduled a service appointment for our 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited because we were trying to diagnose what was needed for our 110,000 mile JK. Empty Promises I had a warranty issue with my radio back in April, Was told they ordered a replacement, and they would install on my next service call. Arranged a s I had a warranty issue with my radio back in April, Was told they ordered a replacement, and they would install on my next service call. Arranged a service appt. 3 weeks in advance, confirmed the replacement radio was there and ready to be installed. Show up for the appt., told that they would correct the recall on the cruise control as well as replace the radio. 3 hours later a phone call to say we don;t have the radio, it'll be a week or more to get it in. No one here supervising or following up. Not the next place I'm going to buy a car. Unfortunate, since the salesman who sold we the car was outstanding. More
